Thanks for the welcome.

Other than reading the thread and some of Farini's book while looking for illustrations of what he found, I haven't done any research at all.  I'm 100% certain that, with the varying degrees of shifting sands and climate changes, there are hundreds, if not thousands of towns/cities that are buried in vast expanses of desert around the world.  If you think about it, only a small percentage of Aztec and Mayan ruins have been discovered or unearthed and there's hundreds of thousands of unexplored acres of land in South America alone.

The google earth pictures were pretty neat, to say the least.  Smiley

Hello all

Xavier old friend there is some more detailed resaerch information about this alleged lost city in one of the Univerisities in South Africa. I cannot remember which one but I recalled that there was 2 expeditions done in 70s.

If any one is interested enough that would be the best option find out which university to research the topic further.

Hardluck

Hi Hardluck

How have you been keeping?
It should be quite easy to find out what university did the research. I should have a bit of time today so should I find out anything I'll post it on here.

All the best Xavier

Hello Xavier

I have been busy elsewhere these days with some projects. But I am trying to spend some time here when I can. I would be interested to see if you can find out anything.

Hardluck

Hello Xavier

Thanks for the interesting links.

There has been much controversy over this story. But to me both parties for and against have neither presented enough evidence to to prove or disprove the existance of the this alleged lost city.

As interesting as it. But perhaps google earth will come to the rescue?

Hardluck
