DELL:
If you are interested in Guns Caches, "The West Texas Cache" is still out there !
I AM ! going to swing by there, on this trip and check out the site !
I hope to get a couple of photos !
I just hope that the mention of the "Cache" doesn't bring another     "visit"   to my doorstep!   Shocked

No, I'm not specifically interested in weapons caches.Your post just brought to mind a sunken ship of weapons we were chased off of  and threatened never to go ther again by the coast guard.

I still live in central Florida, but most of the old time Marine Salvors I've known have since died,  moved, or retired.

Tuesday, I plan on going to Melbourne, Florida, to attend a lecture by Bob Marx. I haven't seen him in years. I hope to become acquainted with a few of the new breed of shipwreck salvors that may attend.   Dell

Capt. Bill,

Just relax TH'r , some day you will find a true treasure hunter partner or funder that will help your treasure requirements....he, he, he,....I understand your frustration in trying to convince the world about your treasure trove...and yet some people think...big volume treasure hunting... is just walk in the park.....they never realize our great effort in gathering treasure infos (it took our team almost 20 years to gather all Japs/Yamashita treasure infos).
Your site is dive site (although we have some dive sites)...our treasure sites are buried and open caves....just imagine our frustrations when 3 open caves have been recovered by other treasure groups (each cave had gold stockpile of 20-300 tons gold)....WE HAVE BEEN POSTING THESE SEVERAL JUNGLE OPEN TREASURE CAVES SITES FOR 2 YEARS IN SEVERAL FORUMS...and yet nobody listen to us.....thas why they were recovered by other treasure groups...
I hope you will not experience the way we had....big volume treasure was lost by other treasure groups bcoz we lack budget/eqp't......but we never stop looking/exploring and asking for help...BCOZ OUR JAPS TREASURE SITES TRUELY EXIST....they are just out there...waiting to be recovered by die hard treasure hunters like us... Grin

Your forte is American treasure and my forte is Japs/yamashita treasures....we maybe continent apart but we are the LAST and RAREST BREED OF TREASURE HUNTERS NOW.....whoever get the jackpot first....i hope we will help its other someday.....bcoz only REAL TREASURE HUNTER UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER PREDICAMENT...

Capt.Bill.....JUST KEEP ON PRAYING AND NEVER STOP TREASURE HUNTING NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT THE ODDS WERE....IN THE END ..THE LORD WILL REWARD OUR PERSEVERANCE....AND WE WILL MAKE IT..... GOOD LUCK.....MABUHAY!

If this site is so low on your list then why even bother with us at all...I just offered what I have, no more no less and If thats not what your looking for then fine...I won't loose any sleep over this thats for sure.  Contact a Large Commercial Diving Company and see what they say...I'm pretty sure you already know the answer to that ..Cheesy...Just sounds like a scam to me now so as they say "Go For It Yourself"...You should have all the money you need next spring after returning with your truckload of treasure from the southwest venture your heading on now so just buy a boat when you get back and Go to Commercial Diving School then outfit yourself with dive gear, a compressor, side scan sonar and anything else that you feel you need and Git R Done...Smiley

I am still waitting to hear how THIS SCAM WORKS!
And!
I got my, That!  "You Assumed", about my not having diving experience/equipment, From your reply!

I have found some good things and alot of not so good things.  I'm doing some research of my area to pinpoint an area to search in the spring of next year.
