Hey oro tell ya what i do, whatever kinda detector i got, i find a field test for it and print it out and keep it with the manual, for my own use, and also whenever i get ready to swap it off to somebody, they like that and it sweetens the deal, helps close the deal too  Cool

Good idea Bogar. I have seen a number of folks looking for manuals after buying one on eBay. A few times I have been able to help them out. Info on the older models is starting to fade away though. There was a site that had hundreds of detector manuals on-line, but it is no longer available. I guess the Geotech web site is probably the nets best source of detector info.

Thanks, oRo, for those links and posted research.

And that's a good tip, too, Bugar...
I know for a fact, the Treasure Mate Pinpointer purchased from Ms. Nancy at the office before Christmas had the Field Test included with it, because I read it before she packed the box up and shipped it.  It was an interesting read.
