thank you karpiidi .but now without a coil i have a  continuous sound and only pot of threshold is working .what would be the problem ?please help me thank you for all your help.

Might be several reasons, but first of all, we must rule out possible errors in PCB. Also Possible components with wrong value, or in wrong place..
Can You take good quality, close up photos of board, both sides, so we can have a look.
And what battery do You use, components getting hot or warm?
Threshold working, how do You know ? If continuous sound... Or does sound decrease when turning potentiometer ?

If the IRF is very hot maybe is a problem of resistance of the coil......if you have a resistance low you could burn your IRF. Try with a coil with more turns with an higher resistance if it's still hot
