So far I like that minecache download. If anything else it gives a good hit on where gold has already been found. I haven't checked the mining claims yet.

I like that it works over GE so I can add my own tags. That was the one issue with Geocom was it was so slow to load it was hard to find the spot you wanted sometimes, and no way to mark it to go back to it. Gives me something to do when I can't go outside.

Yesterday was kinda nice so I took out the detector to poke around the new place. One of my batteries had gone south so that was that. Cry
Then I was looking over my other equipment and saw that I had a little material left in my bucket pump. Grabbed a pan and sure enough there was a few tiny flakes in it. Can't wait to get back up to that spot to try it again. It's been a long winter, I'm ready for spring.

I think there's a pile of us with the Fever about now.   It actually got to hot to be in the sun yesterday here.  After getting use to the dang cold, 85f seems like a oven.  LOL!
