Thanks for the "good advice". Greed, greed and more greed. Greed is everywhere, the governments, the archaeologists, the politicians and the treasure hunters.
Greed is what makes the world go round.
So the greed is part of the equation. It needs to be reckoned with, as much as the hurricanes that might disrupt a salvage season, or a malfunctioning piece of equipment.
A well planned project takes
all factors in account.
Well planned projects have a great probability of success.
The attached picture shows a sword that I recovered from a shipwreck that sank in 1700. This is close to the date when Henry Morgan's flagship, the Oxford blew up.
What would the value of this sword be if it had been found on the Oxford? Henry Morgan's own sword?
