That's nice. However, where can one find that in World War II history these alleged events took place? Other than Filipinos making the same repetitive claims on various internet message boards...mainstream History does not validate such stories and claims.

How about the indigenous peoples, Filipino Guerrillas and American spotters that were on the Philippines during the Japanese occupation? Don't ya think they'd have seen something going on?

So...you just make posts on internet message boards that you cannot validate? That is understandable...it seems to be typical in regards to Yamashita treasure hunters.

Did the American manufacturer claim to have found the painted bars of lead? Furthermore...what does painted bars of lead have to do with World War II history?

I am posting some links as references only. If you need validation maybe Tony Wells can help you, here's his site:

Tony has said that there is no treasure. And before you start the Seagraves book is a novel.

Anyone can Google Yamashita treasure and get the same links you are posting. The internet is a poor research tool and thats all you have. Show us a document  that shows a treasure was ever imported. A ship manifest anything........ You can not can you. Because there is no treasure. You have no clue about treasure hunting first you must prove there is a treasure before you start digging up your back yard.
And yes we know that the Japaneses have offered you 5 times what your property is worth but you want sell because the treasure is there. Hear it 5 times a week.

What else you got

Internet is arguably the greatest invention of mankind in the 20th century. It displaces many research tools like encyclopedia, dictionary, maps, etc. For now internet is the best tool I've got.
Philippine jurisprudence with regards to treasure found on its soil is constantly changing because of discoveries by non-locals and alike, this is to protect its local interest. Here's an example:

Some non-locals have been charged of violating the Philippines laws just after WWII for that matter, like this one:

Sadly enough...it also offers an avenue for the schemers/scammers/scoundrels to spew their con.

You have nothing but internet links that are useless. Show hard facts not links. Lady we get several people a week trying to prove to us the Yam is real, with no hard facts. Why do you care if we believe or not? No real treasure hunter/finder post their research on the internet no one. They guard it with their life if need be.
This leads me to agree with RO the start of a new scam.
