Invest in Yamashita Treasure?

i'm sure this is all bull$hit,but heres something wacky i've suggested a few times to you hunters/diggers out there,if someone wants to buy the land ..........SELL IT,then if theres "other"spots you have (which i'm sure you do)than youd be able to finance it yourself.........i know it won't happen but i do like to here the excuses

Well, I wanted to comment on this thread: The inital post was by a member who is obviously looking for investment opportunities in the Philippines. Hence I think it is in his intention that people seeking investors put in offers here.

Of course it is another thing whetere someone really should invest their money into those. If asked, my initial answer would be NO! ...

By making offers here we can however discuss and analyze them which is better then if someone was sending a personal message to the topic starter over which we have no control.

So Pero, my advice to you is as following:

Should you invest into a Yamashita project? Generally speaking no! There may be excemptions from this rule. These would however need to offer bullet proof evidence of their claims - which any person seeking money so far has failed. Also I would never send money to anyone whom I haven't seen in person. Infact I would travel there myself, check out things and attend the digs. Then again I yet have to see a single successfull salavage operation down there.

   I was the one from the philippines, particularly in an island near mindanao. I was jus asking why do you want me out of the furom? Are you assuming all the members here are all bad eggs? if this is a forum for sharing ideas, asking for help, sharing of gadgets, does it follow that if somebody ask for financial assistance he will be ban for that? So what is this forum about, just telling stories, not sharing? if somebody out there managed to check that the person asking is a legit one, do we have to ban him for helping? I think it's none of your business if some one is asking for help, even for financial matters, I think all you can do is warn the members to be careful. I myself did not hide my name but still i tried to participate some of the discussion here. Hoping to find a right contact for help. I am new here in this arena but still, i don't give a damn about them. why bother yourself to control what is going on? as long as the language is not obsene. Let them do their thing. at first i was happy to discover this forum but there are those pretending to protect others but in reality there not. i hope you understand. i am not angry, but  sad to say that maybe the purpose of this furom is really  all about talk, and nothing else.  i am sorry for that, maybe i

Gil,
Problem is there are loads of scams going around, particularly,and unfortunately, it seems, from your part of the world.
Reading your posts it seems that you may not fall into that category!
What people need really, is real and positive proof that there is something worth risking.
They will soon be at your door if there is!
Enjoy the forums and ask whatever questions you may have, there are loads of people who'll give you good advice.
