Hello,
I'm 75% finished with my DBP and have a few questions...
1. What does the negative side of the speaker hook up to
20,30,40,50,60,70
2. How do you hook up the MIC connector to the coil

thanks

yeah I have it...
I've found some info on the MIC connector so that ok now.

But the 20,30,40,50,60,70 on the negative side of the speaker, I know the schematic by heart now. The only thing I can think of would be the headphone jack, but with 6 connections  Huh?

Yes that is for the head phone jack and speaker any how if you just want to have a speaker you just have to connect it on ground (neg) your head phone jack socket just acts like a switch when you plug in the h/phones that's all it just cuts the speaker.

Well I reckon I'm about as confused as a silly old goat could be.  I'm looking at the schematic for the DBP 2010 and on neither the 2 board or all-n-1 do I see any numbers associated with the speaker or headphone.  My grey cells are spinning round and running into walls wondering "what the heck?"

 Grin Grin Hi Gramps

You must be missing one sheet one where there is the board component layout at the bottom right hand side there is the speaker and just below it to the left there is the head phone jack with the numbers on it 20 30 40 50 60 on it. I will send a copy to you.

Regards Xavier

Anyone know the specs for the different coils?
As a saw in one post someone said keep the 1m x 1m wire and length the same
Will this work to make different sizes?
