I too find I do better about Sun Up.    If I sleep longer  I seem to be slow the Rest of the day.

Chickens are not so stupid.   Go to bed the same time and you don't have as high a Electric Bill.   LOL

I am usually up around 6am or 6:30am.  I do like to sleep in until around 8am or 8:30am sometimes! But I usually feel slow and like my day is mostly gone if I do that!  Kind of like Peter.

I remember being taught this saying. "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise."

Lived by it all my life. Come to think of it, it didn't work.  Wink

Not too bad Arfieboy. We have done around this site a couple of times, but I do enjoy it there... A little difficult to detect as the grass is still a bit long  No no!
