bubbles only on some of the pics--never said  anything  about the  entire  roll,,,at  any  rate--maybe  they  want  to  buy  my  freshly  colored stones,,call  them  magic  treasure finding  stones--they  believe  that  more and  I can  make  money  off  them as  well---lmao

Cry I just read through all 34 pages of this thread, and man aim I ever disappointed. I really thought there might be something to the aurora effect.  I'm still not 100% convinced it is not possible, but the possibility of it working has gone from about 75% down to 10% in my mind.  There still seem to be a fair number of people from before David's book with claims of success with this technique.  In the present time I haven't seen any substantiated field tests of this working from any of the legitimate sources on this or any site. I can't see trusting any of the reports off David V's blog, and all those from around here that have attempted it seem to have failed. Anyone else that has come on here claiming it worked for them, showed absolutely no proof of their success. Along with a lot of big talk.

If you are a successful Aurora photographer, please show us the pictures that led you to a good find, and the find so we can all prosper along with you in this technology. Until that day I will assume this is BS.

FlakeyNugget, that is what we always come up against on here, some great Ideas but very little proof, not one person has yet provided solid proof of any of these things working, and I commend you on your logical way of thinking, coz if any of these things worked we would all be doing it and gold would cost $50 per ton,

And the most stupid thing we could ever do is NOT ask these questions,

There are some of us who, while not believing it works, WISH it would work but face the reality that it most likely does not. Also, some of us can prove HOW the auras arise quite easily but the true believers will always want to think that their camera did it.

Believing in something does not make it a fact. Just because 200 people believe the same thing does not make it any more of a fact. Nor does a following of 3000. Facts and faith (also known as beliefs) are not to be confused. Just keep looking for proof without all the silly, notional ideas like internal vibrations or resonance of gold. Those kinds of statements are for the very feeble minded.
