I would say it could float, depending on the (specific gravity) of the water & the speed or force of the water if in a stream bed or place where rushing water is running over it.

Jim, I hope that burger will keep for a couple of weeks!  I'm heading off on a two week, 3300 mile motorcycle road trip through the Rocky Mountain West tomorrow morning (Wed. the 13th) with my wife and two other couple!   Thanks for the thought.  I look forward to it!                    Detecting    Waveing
