mornin guys i think for me to lose weight i am gonna have to wire my jaws shut or have you guys build me a over eating shock therapy thing or a restrictor plate for my pie hole lol!! i get exercise but i love to eat .. another tough challenge guys losing weight it really sucks around holidays and is next to impossible at that time . drink water only & eat smaller portions and a breakfast every day . :

here's a good site for recipes with venison and fish for us sportsman /sportswomen or just for guys/girls who like to cook or grill what they harvest or buy . no garuanties on the diet aspect but it is healthier than alot of stuff . Waveing

i make my own jerky and recommend the hi mountain brand seasonings and cure you can get those at bpro shop if you dont want to order they have a good selection
