well you need to eat and nobody likes to starve with peoples sugar and all they should eat every so often so thats why i said smaller portions i didn't mean to make it sound like you was eatin too much every time lol! but breakfast is the most important gets the metabolism cranked right out of the gate so if you miss any don't miss this one even if you just eat a breakfast bar or somthin like that . and if you drink alot of water it makes you feel fuller but you know that

is going to stay south of us !! Shocked

they did some serious damage here last time several millions of dollars worth !!

yeah man they get real hairy, u oughta try being in the house and gathering ur family into the bathroom and stuffing all of them into the bathtub and as u lay on top of them to protect them the tornado sucks the roof off ur house , Now that will make ur butt pucker up for sure !!

no but i'm pretty good at drinkin beer lol! no seriosly talked to a couple and done some reading about different diets . i dont like diet food so i try smaller portions that way i can still eat what i like . i was at a health fair and they were doing a demo on portion size they had a bowl and a box of cereal there the lady said pour a bowl just like you do at home we'll i did and it was twice as much as you should have and i never even considered that and was a little embarassing but o well i am a joker so i have to roll with it when the jokes on me lol! but if you are going to diet keep an eye on your blood sugar cause it can cause problems on the low or high side . i need to start with losing 20 30 lbs so thats were i am but have lost about 15 probly from sickness and diet alittle holidays are a major set back for me cause my family has several birthdays in that time as well so you get the big feasts and b day parties swells a guy up quick lol!

While I was stationed in Illinois, a twister hit the ground and wiped out half the houses on my block.

It took out six houses on the next street across the alley from me and never so much as broke a window on our house.

Spooky stuff.
