Thanks for the welcome. I am really sorry for any issues that anyone has experienced but we are working really hard to correct the problems. As with any growing company, issues do arise and are addressed. Just know that we are here to help and will do everything we can to get you the best deals possible on all your treasure hunting equipment.

I have contacted them before--and no one seemed to know what they were doing-didn't even know how to run the machine themselves--but this was a year or so back--and kellyco chick ran from me when ever I showed up in a chat room--lol

Well all I can say is we have a lot of people here that really do know what they are doing when it comes to metal detecting. All of our test team use them on a regular basis for personal enjoyment as well as learning. It may be that you spoke with a new employee but we have each person here in training on a regular basis to make sure they give the proper answers when asked.

What chat room or forum was it that Kellyco Chick ran from you on? I have a hard time believing that she would run seeing as she is a very strong individual and will answer anything put in question to her. If she does not know something she will find out the answer and add it to her knowledge base in case the question comes up again.

well she would remember me--I am not bashing you--I just think a 2 page instruction manual-( which tells you nothing )--a cheaply built housing for the computer itself was a no no--and the lack of support after I spent 17 THOUSAND DOLLARS--
An I couldn't even get the same scan twice?Huh?? when I looked into the tomb with a camera--I think for 17 thousand dollars someone could have spent 500 dollars flew out here and did the same test with me on this ancient tomb. Maybe boost their sales?Huh?
I could have and still could boost your sales because of what I have-but instead?Huh? woohoo--we got 17k

There is the reason... You are referring to an OKM product and Kellyco Chick is mainly hobby oriented.  For a professional machine like the OKM you are referring to would need to be discussed with JW who is our OKM trained specialist.

yeah I also talked to JW a few times--said he was working on it as well--apparently they had a big hole dug somewhere with a barrel or something buried in the ground--
But still does not meet my needs--17k is alot of money--and I spent it for a good reason--I figured you all might jump at it--the chance to sell more of them--using my sites. But nope.
Now your machine is an awesome machine--but I think we personaly have some issues we should work out--I am all about making you money--17k worth--heck I bought the best thing on the market--is a good machine as well--BUT-
I say this to anyone else interested--think twice--I would gladly change my views if I had someone--spend a little of that money--show up at my door--I would eat my shoe if I had too--but not likely going to happen.
All about sales and nothing else--come on--a 2 -4 page instruction manual that even the best minds can't figure out and a list of excuses?
I say--I challenge you--I dare you--put your machine to the test--or sell out--a good salesman knows what he is selling as well as how to operate it.

You do this for me--I give you exclusive right to sales on my projects---MY PROJECTS--not the ones I am affiliated with-

How does everyone else feel? I would like some feed back--send me a message I can show you what I have--I have found more by using my knowledge then by what this machine was suppose to do--I am tired of excuses-
Now don't get me wrong--I am honorable--in fact I offer to help and do help alot of people FOR FREE--on their sites--I am not your ave idiot-

Excuse my tone--I just want someone to step up to the plate--nothing more--from there--the world is ours

I think it became evident form this topic hat Kellyco tries their best to support their customers and provide a quality service.

As far as specific questions (like on OKM evices) go I would recommend opening a new / another topic in our deepsekers sub-board.
