I have had two recent problems with this company.  They have such a large web presence I thought I could trust them to do things right.  I was wrong and am wondering if other people have had problems and who you would recommend.  I am planning several thousand dollars worth of purchases for my company and Kellyco won't be getting my money...

It's been well over a month and I still have not got my pinointer.  I've called and was told I would get a call back on Monday (2 or 3 Mondays ago).  Still waiting Thumbs Down

Fitz, Kellyco's before and after sales service has always been excellent to me, and I live on the other side of the planet. Maybe it's taking some time for them to investigate your missing pin pointer. All the same they should have updated you on the progress (or lack thereof). You mentioned you had 2 problems with them; what was the other problem if you don't mind me asking?

Not sure why you brought your problem with Kellyco to us with your first post but seeing how you act and call people names in your pm's I can understand why you had a problem with them. You never stated what the problems were when asked so feel you and not them is to blame. Are you not the same person who posted the same thing on another forum that had to be deleted because of the problems it caused.
