Funny? Why did you give up? KellyCo has one of the best reputations for customer service in this industry. If you gave up it was probably because you had no reason to complain to them to start out. Just saying you have had 3 years of problems is very inflammatory and without any substance at all. With all the calls they do handle successfully to the satisfaction of thousands of customers, your complaint not being resolved is entirely down on you. KellyCo has a presence here. There are two members at least who are available to answer questions right here on the forum. If you have a legitimate gripe, let's see it here. Let KellyCo sort it out in front of the members of this forum.

sounds like you are with kelly co---I like the machine--I am just upset with the service---Tell you what--go buy a 17k machine like I did--then come back and talk to me--if you have one and know all about it--come see me--I got a spot for you to use it on--
ALSO---wow--really--have 2 members to respond with--wow--just like the comercial--WOW--Check the dates buddy-( your reply is how long in the waiting--have to program your script did you? )-check them--if you know so much come see me--I make you rich or put you out of business

No. Explain your specific complaint. Just because you elected not to do your research before you spent that much money is not KellyCo's fault. Am I with KellyCo? Nope but I am on their side in this unless you elaborate your issue. I read your posts thus far and it sounds like your real complaint is with the manufacturer and not KellyCo. You purchased something that is normally used by a geophysical expert and expect it to be a turn on and go machine? It's no wonder that KellyCo knocked you back. Anybody would. It's like buying a Formula One racing car and asking where the clutch and brake are.

You see thats just it--always saying explain this or that--it is not about explaining anymore--just an excuse kelly co has--same as you do--
tell you what--EXPLAIN THIS THEN: I took a camera and looked inside a tomb---kelly co's equipment said there was nothing there!!! I wasted 17grand of my money!!! I saw inside the tomb!
Now eat your cereal---put your money where your mouth is--I doublr dog--NO TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU!

Well said GD. wyoming you have been complaining about Kellco since your 5th post its getting old. With  3 rep's here from Kellco and you still  not getting the answers you want you asking the wrong question or you don't like the answers.  Which ever it is I don't care but trashing Kellco or anyone else here needs to stop.
