I am with Kellyco as you all know and if you have any issue with us I am here to get you to the right person to answer your questions. As stated by others we are a retailer, true, but we will also help you in any way we can to resolve issues you have with your equipment by getting you to the correct person at the manufacturer.

If you would like, give me a call at Kellyco toll free and I will make sure that you speak to the right person to address your issues. Other than that there is not much I can do. I am not going to address specific issues that one person has on a public forum as it is not the place to do so. Not everyone is interested in the in depth specifics of another persons problems. If you are not pleased with Kellyco and something we did let me know via PM and I will get it taken care of.

Please give us a call and we can help you with any problem that may arise with your metal detector equipment.

1-888-KELLYCO (1-888-535-5926)

My detectors are from Kellyco and once in a while I will get false signals. You won't catch me biatching about that because there's no such thing as a perfect detector (or a perfect operator, or perfect soil/terrain). No matter how much money one spends on the machines, we're all gonna occasionally encounter false targets or missed targets when out in the field. Kudos to Dan for professionally handling that drama queen.

Dan, it might take another three years before he takes you up on that offer of support. I get the feeling all he ever wanted was a refund because he tracked down a bogus lead and needs someone to blame.

Such is life.

As far as products by OKM (Future Series) go I can agree to wyoming that they hardly stand by the manufacturers claims. I would recommend to any buyer / owner to hand in their purchased OKM gear in time for a refund. OKM is the only company I am aware of selling Long Range Locators (as Bionic Locator) and being located in Europe.

I can understand Wyomings anger as he spent over 10k, or even close to 20k on what I personally consider a poor product. Thena gain it is always good to do ones own research prior to a purchase. Surfing the various boards one will find plenty of bad customer / first hand reviews on OKM gear.

Regards,

Christian

Christian,

The detector worked as advertised. It found a void where he used it and he sent in a camera. When there was no treasure there, instead of blaming his own dowsing technique for the failure, he blamed the detector. He followed one of his crazy drawing analysis and it failed him. No surprise there. Yet he blames KellyCo for his own shortcomings. Sad, really.
