Hobbyist;

Sorry! I did not intend to sight-read, but I guess I did!

Yes, a world of difference between Fijiian and Fujian, I thought I had heard of most of the common dialects and languages, in China, apparently not. No Pitsin, then?

Are you aware the Dene group, native languages, in Canada, are tone change languages, (plus at least 2, in the US.) South Slavey, in the NWT, sounds very much like Chinese (mandarin.) I like to watch APTN, on satellite, the native channel, and a program called Our Dene Elders Speak.... its like music.

Anyway, what more can I say??  Idea

Nanaimo is a long way from my location.... 750 to 850 miles to Vancouver and a ferry ride to Nanaimo. One of the forum, gary, has moved to Edmonton, thats only 450/60 mi from here.

goldigger (Brian.... either, or)

Re post # 10

if it was just late in the day return there with your back to the sun & take more pics around when sun is Highest in the sky.

or above guess is correct.

Wow! My last post vanished...AGAIN! It must have really hit a nerve  Grin. To the fair-minded mod who suggested I complain to Christian about the post removals, it's ok, I'll just keep re-posting for the time being. Lets see how long this selective censorship can be kept up!  Thanks to the wonders of cut n paste, here it is again in essence:

Reading problems again, GoldDigger1950? Are your eyes to selective that you failed to see post #52? If I am accusing anyone by asking questions just like the_legend has in that reply #52, then IT is also making accusations. WOOHOO! Watch the hipocracy fly! You indeed have "cast your die", the_legend; you've just shown your 2nd face!

Both of you should stop hijacking Creolegirl's thread. You have a problem with me, feel free to post your thoughts/flames etc on my thread in the Odds & Ends section. I'm sure you know how to find it.

after studying the hearts up close the second heart looks man made or placed there!
if it were natural the near vertical marks(could be water marks) would continue onto the main rock.
but whatever they are they are different

Engraved Hearts are arrows indicating treasure tunnels. Follow the arrow of the Heart and watch for next sign. Good luck, Zues
Rocks DON'T have to be cut.....in my area formed with cement and acids.....Good luck.....14ft down in direction of arrow will give you positive additional signs. I would say 'Go For It' and good luck....need help on next sign just ask. Should be arrows, balls or egg shapes and could be on angles....note angles each and save them in dig....Good luck, Zues

Kewl pics!
It is pretty thick there in the area you took the pics. I have never gotten anything from a heart--
Here is how it works:

The turtle carries the elephant apon his back
The elephant carries the world/see apon his back
The bird of paridise holds/carries the seed/world in its mouth
The snake eating its own tail revolves around it-give renewel/continous/rebirth
The heart,,thats just us-trying to get there-

Find the snake eating its tail,  then you are close--I will tell you what to look for when you find that.
I agree with the round balls--or stones--look at what I posted in ( maps ) Man does not live by bread alone--it was 15 steps from the entrance
Also just take  a normal stride--don't worry so much about being perfectly measured--if it is 15--then take 15 steps and look in that area--it will get you close enough
