Hardly. The original poster was asking about making fake nuggets from gold bars to make them easier to sell.

GoldDigger1950 and other hair splitters;

I reviewed the references: STASH = 5; NUGGETS = 11; INGOTS = 9; NEITHER = 4

There were more references to *nuggets* than anything else and since he did not use the words *stash* nor *ingot,* it has to be assumed the use of the word *nugget* means nugget!  Shocked

Criminentlies, let us be picky, eh?  Grin

Brian, he still asked about melting ingots and pouring them into water to make what looked like real gold nuggets. For some odd reason, he believes they would generate fewer questions about the source of the gold. While this is probably correct, it would be dishonest to try and create fake nuggets which have, as you know, a far greater value than the intrinsic value.

Why make nuggets?

Just coin it and sell it.

All gold has a signature of origin based on trace elements, and Radio Activity.   YES RADIO ACTIVITY!

Any one seriously interested in were it came from would find it.

We want to know why you jumped Duceman
when he made a logical comment about the
original post in this thread.

Did you get up on the wrong side of the bed
that day?

That wasn't me. You do realize that there are two Golddigers here? There's me, Golddigger1950 and there's Goldigger. It was not me who jumped anyone. Are you having this thing with me because you are mixing the two of us up, TabDog? That's a serious question, mate. It also may clear up a few of your recent comments.

Tabdog, go back  and look at deucemans post, it does not address anyone and I assumed he was addressing the previous poster rick104.

This must be pick in goldigger week! He who has never mad any error may now speak, or be quiet.

Why do you think the *quote* feature should be used?? So this error is avoided. Such a picky thing to be barking about!

Looks like I may have to change my name so GoldDigger does not take so much heat, since I am so consistently wrong, and everyone else perfect! Let me see, JOKER, EVILDIGGER; I am in favour of Muchimunto, as no one will know what that means, and it may be appropriate, under the circumstances.

Huh???

Goldigger,

Are you saying that the thing to do would be to
make gold nuggets. Maybe it would.

But it sounds more logical to send it to the refinery.

Did you read the posts?

You seem to have missed something.

If you are trying to sell gold, selling non nuggets as
nuggets would be against the law.

So what is your deal anyway?

Does what Deuceman said mean he should be
jumped? It sounded logical to me.

I can not help it if you do not understand.

Every one else did.

There was no reason to jump him like GFibber did.

GFibber is full of it. If you want to join him, Then kiss off.

Just because you guys intimidate people does not make you right.

GFibber is the worst thing about this forum.

Dumb, know it all Jerks like that killed the original Tesoro
forum.

I guess you could care less???

It is just a hobby to me. If you want to make it a pain, you
can. But shame on you.

If that is want you want, I would perfer you were not here.

I am not alone either.

But if you are worth spit you will not join in the BS.

He should crawl back under his rock and leave us alone.

I sure am puzzled how you can read all that, into what I said and it seem like it really does not matter. It seems like you just want a fight, well go ahead, I  not taking part! Mostly because my hands are all cut up and it hurts to type.

Did you not think he could look after himself, and go back and read what I said, I did not condone MAKING nuggets, ever.

I have had it with stupid arguments!

Me too.

I have been run off of sites by ass holes.

I am not putting up with it.

I can run, or I can fight.

If any one wants to join Gold Fibber,

They will get it to.

I am tired of being pushed around.

This Arkie is tired of it.

I just hate it when a know it all jerk
is intemidating forum members.

I hate internet bullies.

That is my problem with the less than
honest Gold Fibber.

I gave him an inch and he took a mile.
He had to get me, so he stuped to
dishonesty, which may be his main
stay.

He pushed me too far. I am just not
backing down like the ones he has run
off. So, why dont you talk to GoldFibber.
That is the source of the problem.
Now he has run out of my friendship.
If you want to join him and gang up on
me and others, you got some coming too.

My question is, do you even give a shit
about this forum?

I will not put up with it.

If he wants to bully, he needs to go.

That goes for every one.

Gold Fibber is a fake, and a bully.

You should doubt anything he says.

If you are askin me to back off,
no problem. I did not start this, and
the only one that seems to like it is
Gold Fibber.

Just do not join him in bullying.
Then you will have no problem from
me, and I will back off.

Happy Huntin,

Tabdog

Like I was saying gold nugget prices are 3-10 times the price of weight value not 10% to 50% more! specimen nuggets are worth quite abit, I find gold all of the time where I prospect but nothing big mostly flour gold and some small nuggets. Gold nuggets are rare and hard to find Wise
