For better discrimination necessary to use schematic with two coils - receiver and transmitter.

does any one made complete goldscan IV PI metal detector ?
is it stable?
what about the depth?
what about the operating frequency?
what about gold discrimination?
If every thing ok,attach the schematic and PCB in forum.
