I will start constructing this metal detector but i don't know witch version is better ClonePI, ClonePI_AVR,or ClonePI-2 what do you think ?

I cant find a mosfet kπ505 does anybody have used any similar?

Try KP505,  Look at data sheet, maybe  BU505 (this BU505 is a TO-220 package though)
