1. para di maging mukhang kawawa young mga kasama th natin, kindly post in english or tagalog.

now we know how the non-tagalog speaking members of the forum felt when we post in our own language.

2. depth of buried treasure - i have lead 4 diggings so far plus 3 more with minor participation. we have dig 40 to 80 ft deep...with no success yet but i believe these failures will be the key to our success in future digs if we learn our lessons.

one of lesson is...no treasure buried beyond 20ft unless what you are after is one of the golden lily sites.

im previledge to talked with succesful th and abanteros and the common denominator is that their recoveries is not more than 20ft. some are not even 10ft deep.

im likewise previlegde to talked with people who dig empty holes down to 200ft deep.

more lessons---
  1. history of the place is not enough. if possible, verify and reverify your site with several kinds of metal detectors.
  2. ask the detector to demostrate his equipment capability before you hire his services. dnt be afraid to ask difficult questions, even insulting ones.
  3. you should know when to end. start with a target deep in mind. if not a golden lily site, 20 ft is deep enough.
  4. make a written agreement or moa if your site is not your own lot.
  5. do what the japanese or koreans the do...
    ...make peace with the unsettled spirit of the dead. offer prayers and lead them to the light of the creator.
    ...maintain solenmity all through the dig.
  6. dnt believe in spiritista. if he dnt believe in the God of the bible... be careful, lucifer means ...'false light'.
  7. guard your self against th believe-what-we-want-to believe syndrome. we all want to be succesful and in the process we believe what we want to believe inspite of the glaring fact that says otherwise...

lastly, dnt be afraid to fail because it is part of the process of success.

It's hunting time na naman mga kapatid, pero di pa tumitigil ang mga pag ulan at panay dating pa mga bagyo. Matatabunan na mga hukay namin nito doble trabaho.
