Sounds like you are very busy with the Spring chores on the farm, Xavier! Good luck with finding time to complete the detector!

Peter I can't help but keep thinking you might have chosen the wrong time of the year to move to the UK!

Been battling a little snow this past week in the northeastern mountains of Oregon. Weather will be going downhill from here. I keep checking in on you guys, just don't post much. Take care and good hunting to both of you! Detecting

Hi ArfieBoy

Good to here from you again

I managed to do a little work on the detector tonight and hope to be able to do a bit more tomorrow. In the morning I need to cut grass then spray the fields with weed killer aftre that I have to start replacing the clutch in the Ford tractor, See lots of hard work at the moment but I'll get the detector done in good time.

Peter mate I have a BBQ just about every second day and I keep putting a piece of meat on the fire for you, thinking that you may just come by but I always end up having to eat it myself Angry

Just think about this mate when it will be summer for you it will be winter for me but with a difference we will both be able to detect. Now don't you just miss SA LOL

Buddy, if I am not moving No no!

I will be detecting 60 acres of SAXON field where in the past has produced some great relics and coins including skeats Great

I will in the summer be able to detect till 10:00pm every night if I wish Cheesy

Today was 1ºc, Saturday will be 11ºc so should be nice weather for detecting Kiss

hope I do not have to move Shocked

Don't worry bud,,,, I have been drinking beer every night and leaving one out for you, but you do not arrive, it is difficult drinking yours also Hello

Actually as you do not drink Whiskey I bought a six pack of beers, they are still in the fridge I guess that I just have to drink them some day LOL Winter is great for detecting just the sun the goes down very early and then the cold gets to you but then you already know all of that. The nice thing is that the grass is low or burned.

We have the top floor of this place.... our entrance is the little porch on the side of the house Great

Lounge suite and cabinet is also ours to keep,,, was left by the last people staying there, and is in perfect condition Funny
