foolish enough, or asinine enough to some. but  in reality you dont need to carry boxes of gold if american soldiers are slowly catching up. you have to bury them quick along with quickly made markers. ive'd seen markers  made on a stonelike concrete etch by finger tip.  another stone that can fit your hand as it was molded by hand only. the reason is they want to go back and get  just whatever they buried after few years. the japanese soldiers were paid not with paper money but of gold. so if i am a japanese soldier with my bullion i would not carry them along before my surrender or my last stand. it just asinine to carry them.
while i have an obsession on rocks as you implied.  its your opinnion and i respect that.

wala akong alam sa mga yamashita treasure but i believe with the these japanese soldiers buried thier bullion as they fled even buried thierselves with thier bullions, many many pilipinos found these treasures in northern luzon in either found it accidentally nor hunt the treasure with thier possesed maps even found those treasures with known marking engraved, painted, in cemented, mark in trees, even stones etc.
but these treasure can be found anywhere in philippine archepelago.

i once ask you guys about the marks with an XO i research the meaning of X is the mark of true location and  an O is the cave but this this mark has wave underneat of it means wave is water the wave is has an arrow pointing down the hill and this marks is in the middle of a creek but it up in the mountain. according to the oldies ( world war II guerilla told me about this marks and locations) there are three location of treasure in these one area alone one of it is a huge concrete block about a size of small house, there is also huge numbers of diamonds somewhere in northern luzon where just left since he did not know what it was, for him its just pieces of broken glass, but he said it looks alot and with different colors, he said there are only to of then knows about it, he said if he can only walk and still able to climb the mountain he will show it to me.
well its here for now let me know about the signs,

Paying in gold is just more nonsense started by the scammers. Sorry guys but that is how it is.
Here is a list of wages paid Japaneses in WWII.

"Annual Base Pay--Japanese Army" from Tactical and Technical Trends

The following description of Japanese Army pay in WWII was originally published in Tactical and Technical Trends, No. 16, Jan. 14, 1943.

[DISCLAIMER: The following text is taken from the U.S. War Department publication Tactical and Technical Trends. As with all wartime intelligence information, data may be incomplete or inaccurate. No attempt has been made to update or correct the text. Any views or opinions expressed do not necessarily represent those of the website.]

ANNUAL BASE PAY--JAPANESE ARMY

Grade           Annual Base Pay              Grade           Annual Base Pay
General         $1,914.00       1st Lieutenant
Lt General          1,682.00          1st Class       $327.70
Major General          1,450.00          2d Class        295.80
Colonel          1,305.00       2d Lieutenant        246.50
Lt Colonel            933.80       Warrant Officer        261.00 to 278.40
Major            675.70       Sergeant Major        104.40 to 135.72
Captain               Sergeant         46.98 to  78.30
   1st Class            551.00       Corporal         31.32 to  53.94
   2d Class            478.50       Superior Private         22.27 to  24.36
   3d Class            426.30       1st & 2d Class Privates         19.14

With privates making 25 dollars or less a month there was no money left to hide.

Paid in gold!   LOL

Way before the US shown up to root them out of the hills they were eating Maggoty Rice.

All of the Islands Invaded were Devoid of Animal life..    The Japanese, Ate them all.   Even the Birds.

Those folks were Hungry.

I keep hearing about all these TREASURES , SIGNS, FORTS, STASHES, VALTS, and God knows what others Riches.

Have you seen ONE report of anyone finding anything?

Oh, I know they did but could not report it because it would have been Confiscated.   LOL

The best way to find the Yami Treasure is to mark off the whole island in a grid of 6' squares drill holes 24' deep place 20lbs of c4 in each hole and ignite all the explosives at the same time. whatever is buried will then be revealed for all to find.

There Problem SOLVED !! Good Luck and Happy Hunting !!
