Well Fen I did not say they don't work science says they don't work and I will agree with science till it is proved wrong.
Now let me understand this test, you searched an area with a MFD spotting several targets  later you search the same area with the H3 also pin pointing the same targets is that correct. If so were any of the targets recovered and what were they?

I took him to areas that I had hit before. You know how this works. You get indications, then filter them out down to a real target. MANY things are out there that will act like the target.

At one point, he got a location, and I said kick the grass off the side of the road. He was standing on a paint spot I had put there.

I ran these wide open, no filtering, no size checks, no depth readings.

I only dug 1 as they fell out when I put the pressure on them. It was a white rock at 1 1/2 ft.

There was a real target about 3 1/2 to 4 mi away. No hit on it.

Most of the 10 spots were checked with 2 or more devices long before he come down, so I had an idea they were not the real deal.
That's about the right odds, find 11 spots, 1 is a target. Just have to know when not to dig.

Homefire you have just danced around one of the profound things in this mess. Some of these "machines" slightly work by simply having a battery close to certain metals.

They are in fact only a "witness" sample to a target. Due to all the other metals there, you are going to find a lot more than gold. There are some very simple experiments if you want to see how this works.

HF, I'd love to, but I get the idea it would be easier for you to read chinese.

And Fenix thats the reason we can't find any middle ground between main stream hunters and LRL users. The inability of the LRL users to explain how and why their machines work make it hard for non believers to except without facts and proof. As I have said before I have been involved in several hunts where LRL's were used one lead to a successful recovery but had nothing to do with the LRL. Another lead to law suits and fighting within the group which lead to the the group breaking up. Several months later 3 of the guys made the recovery miles from where the LRL's pointed by using common sense and research. I am just trying to show that I have first hand experiences with LRL's and none were good.
 If you wish to continue this discussion we will do what we can to keep the trolls at bay.
